Centimeter-level awareness where metres are not good enough

Standard GPS can be 3 to 5 metres off. In industrial environments, that margin is too large.

VireXGuard uses RTK GNSS correction technology to position workers with centimeter-level accuracy in real time.

Dynamic geofencing engine

Safety zones change. VireXGuard changes with them.

From the back-office dashboard, operators can create, adjust and activate geofences instantly. Zone updates are pushed live to active wearables, without restarting devices or interrupting operations.

Warning zone: early worker alert
Restricted zone: escalated alert and supervisor notification
Exclusion zone: immediate alarm and incident log

Zones can be configured by time, role, risk level or equipment status.


Real-time alerts

When a worker approaches or enters a risk zone, the wearable alerts immediately through:

  • Vibration
  • LED signal
  • Audio tone
Supervisors see alerts and incidents in the dashboard, with timestamps and location context.

Instant Messaging

Send critical messages to the right workers, exactly when they matter.

VireXGuard supports instant messaging from the Back Office to connected workers in the field. Messages can be triggered automatically when a worker enters or is present in a defined zone (geolocated), or sent manually to one worker, a selected group or everyone connected to the system.

When required, workers can confirm receipt with one simple button. The Back Office immediately sees who received and acknowledged the message, creating a faster and more traceable safety communication flow.

VireXGuard is built as a fully integrated stack. 

The wearable device communicates with RTK GNSS positioning infrastructure to deliver centimeter-level accuracy in real time. 

Data flows through an optional on-premise edge gateway, for environments with strict data sovereignty requirements, before reaching the VireXGuard Cloud Platform, where safety logic, geofencing rules, and alerts are processed.

Every layer is designed for industrial reliability. The back-office dashboard gives supervisors live visibility. The REST API connects VireXGuard to your existing ERP, access control, or incident management systems.
